My Approach
A trauma-informed and holistic approach to personal training
Together we look at the complete Being, dedicating attention to key aspects of life. In addition to physical wellness, we explore nutritional awareness and education, sleep and recovery, and stress management.
My mission is that you feel empowered to show up, optimize your efforts, and live from your greatest potential.
Sessions & what you can expect
Each session begins with a mindful check-in and intentional warm-up to arrive in the space and in the body. Sessions may include, but are not limited to, music, props/tools, verbal discussion, and/or hands-on attention. I will guide and facilitate a safe and accepting experience where you will have time to explore, play, and learn, while connecting deeper into your body’s internal and external worlds.
*Sessions range from 30-90 minutes, the following modalities may be included (personal training, dance, pole dance, expressive movement). Please reach out to inquire about packages and/or financial assistance.
