My Approach
Drop out of the mind and into the body, re-membering your most instinctive and primal self
Bringing awareness to the body and its sensations, we use movement and expression to cultivate a deeper sense of connection and trust within self and environment.
My intention is that you will get to know and understand your body in ways that will facilitate a deep-rooted sense of being and belonging. Our bodies are innately smart; they know what they need, we have just forgotten how to listen.
Sessions and what you can expect
Each session begins with a mindful check-in and intentional warm-up to arrive in the space and in the body. Sessions may include, but are not limited to, music, props/tools, verbal discussion, and/or hands-on attention. I will guide and facilitate a safe and accepting experience where you will have time to explore, play, and learn, while connecting deeper into your body’s internal and external worlds.
*Applies to personal training, dance, and/or expressive movement. Sessions range from 30-90 minutes, all modalities may be included. Please reach out to inquire about packages and/or financial assistance.
